Recently a friend of mine told me a fable about a man and his dog. The man got up early one morning and took his golden retriever to the bay to fetch sticks. The man had never done this before and couldn’t wait to see how well his dog could retrieve.
When the man threw the stick out into the bay, he couldn’t believe his eyes. The dog ran gracefully across the surface of the water, grabbed the stick, and returned to his owner without getting wet. The man threw the stick several more times and the same thing happened. Continue reading
